so i am writing a book on missliterati.com and it needs a cover. What is a good website for this that is free and doesn't require a full actually written book first? also i would rather not sign up for anything if i dont have too...

I had similar problem - so I spend half a year playing with Photoshop. Good luck.

windows paint will be your first try (importing images, cutting, pasteung etc) then try gimp (it's a free photo editor similar to adobe photoshop) it's free http://www.gimp.org/
