your page must be as interesting as possible to attract teens nowadays.

Invite people, it's slow to start with but as more people become fans, more people see it.
I made a page. it had 12 fans on the first day, 30something the next, and within 2 weeks had 2,000

Don't worry, everyone starts with one fan. To make your page popular, start by inviting your friends. On, facebook, 90.0% of people become fans of pages their friends are fans of, whether the know whats the page for or not. So ask as many friends as you can to become fans of your page. They may recommend your page to other friends. This is how every page becomes popular. We all just have to give it some time.

spam like evryone else. but DONT over do it.
recommend it to your friends and ask can they suggest to their own friends
it also helps if you go to a popular fan page and contact the maker of that page to ask if they can advertise your fan page the next time they post a status update
