There are countless "free" web site hosts out there, though most have paid upgrades for better features, if you have no programming background and basic requirements, a blogging platform may be the way to go, content is created by filling in forms.
Google's blogger.com is popular and has no paid upgrades, the most special option, adding a custom domain name like yourBusiness.com you might get elsewhere, which is a bit tricky, otherwize you get a subdomain that's a bit like a PO Box #, yourBusiness.blogspot.com

You might put skate boarding in place of Your Interest.
Wordpress.com is the free hosted version of the most popular blog engine, learning this one could have a bigger payoff in the future.

There are several where you can make your own free website. I have used webs, weebly, wix, moonfruit. All these are very easy to use, plus have upgrade features.
