Lately I've been so confused about the Instagram popular page. It seems like when I look at a picture on there, it'll literally have only like 25 likes, so that makes no sense. And then it seems like half the people on the popular page are people that I actually know, so it's really weird to see them come up on the popular page with only a few likes. Can someone tell me what's going on?
