Traininginstitutegurgaon.com is my website. Its mostly keywords are ranking on first page but still no lead through website and visitors are also low. what could be reason. please help me with best and relevance answer.

Have you used keyword research tools to learn the actual search volume of the keywords.? some long phrases may see little volume.
Expect the #1 position to get about 34% of searches, #3 1/2 of that, #5 result 1/4 of the top result search clicks.
Personalized search can make things repeatedly searched on your own computer come out artificially high, test ranks on systems with different IP addresses and no history searching those terms.

Have you done extensive keyword research? You need to make sure that you are actually ranking for the keywords that your customers are going to be searching for when they are looking to buy your product or service.
