Next to the heart, it says, "Person A, Person B, Person C and 8 others like this." I want to know who are the 8 others. The only thing clickable in that box are the Person's names.
Edit: It doesn't say "20 likes" right under the photo. Is there a setting to show that? Or maybe the user who posted the photos had a setting to block that?
Edit2: I just figured it out. You can't see this information on the Instagram website from a web browser (but there are third party utilities that can do this.) Through Instagram directly, you can only view this info from the Instagram app on a mobile device.

press the number.. it'll say for example "20 likes" right under the photo..press that.
