I agree with 45254. Sit down with your parents and tell them to listen to you but not to take it personally. Just tell them that you need them to listen to you. That's all. It is very relieving believe me! That feeling of going in circles raging and stuff. The family is the best place, do not seek people outside as they will never understand you or they will use you.
