Emails that they would be sending to the old one I just want to change the name but not have 2 email accounts

Short answer: No. You can't change the email address. If you want to consolidate, you can do a couple things without eliminating the accounts.

You could go to EmailAccount1 and add EmailAccount2 as a forwarding address. You can then forward all mail into EmailAccount1 into EmailAccount2. Going a step further, you can send mail from EmailAccount1 using EmailAccount2.
