Will I have to pay for my Subdomain under my main domain ? - Aman - 04-08-2014 04:11 AM

I purchased a domain named http://www.Hackbook.biz from Bigrock . I further wish to add some domains like extra.hackbook.biz and things like that . But I am a little confused . I have purchased this domain for 3 years . I mean it will have to be renewed after 3 years . So does domain hosting companies charge for subdomains . If no how many sub domains can a main URL have .

Any help would be highly appreciated .

Thanks in advance Smile .

You do not pay for any subdoomain - and you can have as many - it is preferable to ensure that you have a good loading time on your subdomains

typically you are not charged for subdomains, but if you place too many sites in one hosting package--especially on most shared hosting servers- your site load times as well as site reliability will suffer.

to get an idea of how many sites you can add as subdomains, read their FAQs or send an email to their support about the php memory limit per account. if it is really low then try to limit it to no more than 3 total
