The "SEO services Hyderabad"keyword much harder to get top position soon on Google.com.
But without on page, off-page optimization, especially after google penguin algorithm updation, it's happening. Also that website started recently and words also just under 300 words.
How is this possible to get top position on the SERP results quickly? Please let me know your experience after penguin updation.

I agree RK, but PA, DA also very low No backlinks found all backlinks came within 10 days (ahrefs.com) I agree keyword density around 2, but that webpage have below 300 words and directly get top position within 7 days. That website also have just 14 webpages. Reconstructed all these 14 pages got top position (accoladeseo.com/seo-ahmedabad etc) all these rankings get top position within max one week. So i suspect is it possible?

Hello,
It's not an easy task to rank a high competitive keywords without on page and off page optimization. As you have mention that after penguin update you are facing problem, in that case I want to tell you that due penguin update we have lost our ranking due to unnactural or low quality links. If you are creating high quality links for your website then you will be out of penguin update.
So as we are seeing now a days Google doing so many change in their algorithm like penguin and panda. So now we have to take care about the content quality for panda and link quality for penguin.
Make your on page optimization too strong and take the help of off page optimization to rank your keyword. But you have to avoid the spamming work in case of off page optimization.

get a lot of natural links by providing extremely viral and valuable for free. Distribute your offer in social media and connect with other bloggers or website owners. Offer guest post or any other value to them. With success on this, you don't even need such SEO results because your real goal is targeted traffic.

Without offpage and onpage optimization getting a good rank of your website. it's possible. But you can follow the google panda and penguin guidelines, then you can get good pagerank and good organic traffic. Google Panda mainly concentrate on content, more no.of ads present in the website, poor webstructure, non-seo friendly. Google Penguin mainly concentrate on keyword stuffing, over optimization of content like header tags, meta taggs, like and check your Robots.txt, one more time, link schemas, link farming, doorway pages. like this so many . add your website to google webmastertools and google analytics to check your website performance and also what type of attack your facing. for penguin update, you will get a message from google in webmastertools. For panda . u just check the analytics " visitors" list. this is enough i think

Yes It's Possible , After Onpage and Offpage otimization , and keyword Less than 10 000/ month , you need High Quality Backlinks
