Kay well i want to buy something off ebay (not a bid) it says payment:paypal. Does it mean you HAVE to pay via Paypal? Thanks.

Yes that mean you need to pay through Paypal.
not a bid means you are purchasing buy it now item. so sellers have a choice to chose immediate payment through paypal. so because of that only it was asking paypal payment....

yes it means the seller ONLY accepts paypal
