If you're logged out of your account and you can't remember your password:
You can request a new password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the Facebook login page. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
If you're logged into your account:
1. Click at the top right of any Facebook page and select Settings
2.Click on the Password section
3.Enter your current password and a new password and save your changes
Password Tips:
â—¾Use a different password than the ones you use for other sites or services
â—¾Make sure your password is long and strong: use a combination of at least 6 numbers, letters and punctuation marks
â—¾Don't use words found in the dictionary

Like Silverwolf said. You should really be able to figure this out especially considering facebook has the option to request your password right in the same field as were you enter your password.

You can follow the "Forgotten Password" steps on the Facebook Website. If you have forgotten your password to email account aswell the only thing you can do is tell Facebook or send them a letter. Bypassing Accounts because of forgotten passwords is now harder than before. No hacking tool or application can bypass the Facebook Login page as you are connecting to the Facebook Server.
