backlinkwatch.com,ahref.com and You can check in Google Webmaster Tools.

In Backlinkwatch.com , You can check upto 1000 links only either duplicate or original
In Webmeup.com, you can download all the backlinks of your given website.
In opensiteexplorer.org and majesticseo.com , you can check the backlinks, anchortext and when it is indexed and when it was removed. all the information you can check but limited results per day only.
