You can go in for Blogger.com or Wordpress.com and follow simple instructions to get a Free blog and express yourself!

I have been using google blogs. Its free and easy.
it is just like a website but just has a domain(.blogspot)
if u have a gmail account it is even more easier.
you can login from gmail id.
just go to google search engine and see up. you will see "more" click on that.
now from the drop down list select blog.

the best is wordpress, then you can choose your theme to suit whatever design you want. You will also need to host your site, so will need a web hosting provider, I recommend Hostgator, they are good and cheap. it's simple.

Well, it is not a big task to open your blogging account over internet although Google have given a blogging site that is blogger.com which is free, where you can create your own blog through follow some easy steps and can take a domain name of it like blogspot.com. and after have your own blog you will be able to do freely blogging and there are few other sites where you can open your blogging domain also.
