For me Ipage is the best, i test there services, it's a really good experience with them.
A simple configuration panel, a good and live support services and a lot of free stuffs ( free crédit for google ads, facebook ads, bing/yahoo ads, yellow page listing....)

iPage is terrible! My brother is a web designer and he set my site up using the best technology (except I bought hosting from iPage). My site took over 10 seconds to load even with 0 content!
