You shouldn't be concern with your page keywords, they should only be part of your online marketing and advertising campaign. You should be more concern with providing quality content and attractive titles to attract customers to a certain page and not focused on creating backlinks for keywords. It can have a more devastating effect on your page than helping with your ad campaigns.
Do some proper advertising and marketing for your own website or webpage. Search engines will credit you for that.
