More important than the theme choice may be adding on an SEO optimizing plugin, All-in-one-SEO is the best known but known to be a processor hog, a more modern plugin can patch any theme to get proper meta data and other controls.
I would just avoid tricky themes with interfaces using jacascript that would block spiders.

Hello Raj,
In my opinion, like previous answer you can use any themes you like (I recommend you download it from wordpress.org theme site, they are free-spyware etc), and use SEO plugin like yoast seo plugin or all in one seo pack plugin.

I would recommend Blix Theme as it's included most of SEO features you'll need nowadays. There is also a free version for it but for the maximum SEO performance, go for the premium version.
