filters to use for my pictures? - chung - 04-08-2014 04:17 AM I found these pictures on Instagram, below are two links to pictures that i;m trying to find the filter that is used? http://i45.tinypic.com/eze62g.jpg[/IMG] http://i48.tinypic.com/wivp6d.jpg[/IMG] i have a samsung galaxy s3 and was wondering if there were any free apps that have filters like this?? or any website?? thank you!! - fhotoace - 04-08-2014 04:27 AM I don't see any filters being used on either of those photos. The are instead, two or three image files that were superimposed upon each other using a program like Photoshop or other program that allows the user to stack layers - mario - 04-08-2014 04:32 AM yup, no filters in any photos, the first one (single triangle) was done on a computer after the picture was taken, putting a triangular filter on to the lens would not have that effect at all, the only way i can think of to have that effect whithout using a computer to post-process would be to set up a very intricate sistem of flashes, lights and shades arround the set, very unlikely tho. the second picture (with many triangles) is actually a triple exposure, it is possible to do that with a camera woithouth a computer, but i suspect it was done on a computer, on it you can see 3 distinct shots, one is of a girl standing in front of a painting, an other one is of a pice of paper with the triangles pattern cut out, and the last one is a starry sky. - The Nameless - 04-08-2014 04:35 AM If you ever think of wanting to use them... be careful. Some times using filters is worst then not using any. |
