type in their blog name (....).com/ask
if they have an "ask" enabled you'll be able to ask/message them. the only problem is that once they reply you have to ask them again to continue the conversation (:
if not, reblog one of their posts and comment saying "hey (tumblr name) i was wondering, when did the celebrity in your icon do that interview??can you link me?" and hope they reblog and reply to you/"ask" you
