i wouldn't trust that site, very bad design and if you choose almost any country says yes, you can apply if your looking for getting a green card its best to goto the official gov website. http://www.uscis.gov/greencard eg anything with a .gov is the correct site.

https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ is the ONLY official US government site for the green card lottery. Applications are ONLY accepted during the month of October and it is 100% FREE
DO NOT use any site that doesn't end in .gov or any site that allows you to enter any other time than October

I disagree that .gov means that its a good website. I always check it with scam adviser.http://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/usdv.us its registered to a free email specifically usdv@yahoo.com

Anyone can open up a .us domain it doesn't mean it is from the government.
