I have 3k followers on instagram and every 8-10 seconds i get 5 followers. Help! I dont buy or follow for follow.

remove all link through that people can follow you

Well, lucky you. If it really bothers you that much, go on private so you can decline them.

Use this website, it's really good and all the followers are real and active too... Sometimes it takes a day or two for the followers to get added but it's better than paying or having to fill out loads of surveys!
