My school wifi blocks like every website i use...i have samsung galaxy s3 and i can't go to some websites, and apps...how can i log into instagram at school SAFELY ... like i don't want them to (somehow) see who is logging in to instagram or who's instagram is that or something like that...
is there any way that i can log into it, or like offline or something?

Most likely the school won't care. If you type "https://www.instagram.com" it will get you past the schools firewall.

You can also try to connect through Opera Mini browser, which uses compressed data, and connects through opera.com servers to internet.
If somebody (I don't really think so) watches the internet trafic you'll be probably seem to be connected with opera.com site.
