I want the user to click a article on website and be linked to a new page with the full article laid out. Is their any code for me to use that can automatically do this. Will I have to create a new article page for each article I want to make? Any tips or tutorials would be nice.

Yes - for example you can use WordPress or Blogger for this. There are least 10 content management systems that can do this, but concept is similar to first two.
Once you get experienced in WordPress, rest is easy.
