All this revision is overwhelming... I'm trying (and failing miserably) to study German History 1919-45, USA 1890-1945 and Philosophy. What I really need is, like, a mark scheme for each of the individual topics... I really just want to understand this as I messed around at school, these A-Levels are my last shot really, and I don't even care about Christmas or anyone except my friends who are doing the same subjects, and they're hardly ever on facebook, and they live a 30 min drive away, and AARGGH - I'm ready to just about kill myself :/

Well, I hope you have calmed down and settled into the task(s) before you. It's not as if your friends can help you on your exams (and why does it matter if they are on Facebook or not? You would probably end up chatting about something other than your studies).
Your lack of understanding is of course due to the 'I messed around at school'.
Why are you even taking these classes?
You don't appear to be interested in any of them.
