Yes, you can put Sub URLs in blog comments, however, be careful. You want to make sure you are blogging on a website that does not auto-approve comments, as this type of website can have websites leave comments that are poor in quality, violate Google's terms of service, etc. (I.e - you do not want your website with adult websites, pharma, gambling, etc)
