I need to talk to Lovefilm (now part of Amazon) about my account, but I can't seem to find an actual phone number to speak to a human there! Can anyone help please?

Well, it is well hidden and has changed occasionally as far as I can see over the years, but what is now known as the "Amazon Instant Video Support" number is 08004961365 these days, which is a free call from a BT landline, but might cost more from anything else.
Might be worth giving them a free bell to see if they are the people that you want to talk to, at least they should be able to point you in the right direction.
