Either they instituted some kind of algorithm that searches for certain words, or they hired a large number of unemployed Indian customer service people because honestly? Locking that place down to have "everyone play nice" is one more nail in the coffin of free speech and the internet.
Apparently this modern world we are living in no longer wants people to freely interact with each other, but be mindless politically-correct consumerist slaves buying stuff from companies and obeying local laws which are made by a small elite who has to power to dictate what is good for everyone and loves this control.
