You can try stackexchange.com
Stackexchange has a huge amount of users and their categorization is superb.
The only problem is, they let other users edit your question which sometimes changes the meaning of the question itself thanks to some over excited users. Also their administering is way too strict, they will hide your post or comment if it is even slightly off topic.

Quora is another question answer platform that is fast gaining popularity. It has a huge global user base too. You can register here, post question and receive answer as per your interest. Thanks!
