I sent a message to the pearson and it stays on S status it wont turn to D status(note its only this one pearson this is happening with) is the reason it not D becouse im blocked?

Yes you're blocked. When you've been blocked, you'll still be able to send messages to that person and you'll see a D beside your messages to them. They won't receive your messages though, so the D won't change to an R.
