Reset with pen . It should be tiny reset hole somewhere on it .Insert pen point in it to press the button.

Go online and search for Motorola. You could also search the nvg510. Contact Motorola. They may be able to tell you how to reset or do what you need to do to access the device. Good luck! Also, write down the new code! Yeah, I know, I've forgotten to do that myself!

Hook up with an Ethernet cable if nothing is working via wifi. Some modems will also only allow this by Ethernet, mostly Cisco is what I have needed it for but I am not sure as haven't dealt with Motorola in a long time.
Open your internet browser and in the address bar enter: 192.169.1.254 and hit enter.
Navigate to home network or network, then to your wireless. You will be able to find configuration details.
Some modems have the details on the base as a wpa, wep or encryption key. Also on the boxes they came in the same details will be shown.
Don't factory reset as you may lose configuration details and it doesn't mean you will instantly know the key.
Or you could call your ISP if the modem is ISP supplied for support.
