Is there an easy software download that I can get to make posters, banners, flyers, etc. I tried Photoshop before but its just so complex and I'm not that skilled. Is there a free, easier option to design these things?
ps. I mean things that are not already on my computer like PowerPoint or Word... something a bit more detailed

If you have Power Point you should be able to create those types of media with that software. I have used it before to create a presentation for a class and had flyers that I created using the software for the project I was doing at the time. I maybe behind on the times lol. That is what I remember anyway.
A general search would probably bring up an abundance of other ideas.
