Y:A is not a child-friendly website, specifically. It's not against TOS to ask sexual questions (so long as they aren't propositional)

No they are not.. if you have google chrome you could get the ad blocker ap which takes care a rough 90% of these but what it is is spammers/malicouse material finding a way to penetrate through the servers basic security and hacking is just now starting to get resolved and is a slow prcess so you will see these a lot and there are some safe programs to minimize it sometimes the web owner knows the problem but they dont have the technology/time/money to help the situation its like deleting all your spam 1 by 1 its difficult and im sure if you want to know more you can find out some facts on digital forensics and ethical hacker webs and if you would really like to know how people stop these criminals from putting imaging and html to a webpage via pages personal html you can email me
