If you Were Deleted From your Page Than your Gonna Have to Contact Facebook To Regain Access to it its Gonna Take a While

I'm afraid if you were deleted it's unlikely to get it back. You can contact Facebook or hack them back lol
(Joking don't do that!) If you contact Facebook it could take a while but you can get your page back eventually. Most people just create a new page and s4s/l4l with lots of pages to get back to where they were. Either way it will take a while, sorry.
