I want an internet browser that allows me to change the theme.
Ik there are browsers like Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc, but
*Chrome doesnt work for my comp.
*IE just isnt cute enuf even w Itori cuz it cant change theme.
*Firefox is too slow =~=
So is there any other browser that is fast, safe, and allows me to change the theme of it?

Opera Next! My Number One Browser (just personal preference). http://www.opera.com/o/ie-simple
Such a good browser I can't even.
To change your theme, click on Opera at the left corner at the top, click on Themes and say Get More Themes.
