I was laying in bed, running through twitter. I saw something that really offended me so I decided to try and forget about it by falling asleep. the moment I got comfortable, I felt this pain in my chest and I felt like I couldn't control what was happening. I didn't feel like speaking for the rest of my life and just stood there barely being able to breathe wondering what was going on. I felt really hot and couldn't sit still. I almost burst into tears but I held them back. could this have possible been an anxiety attack ? If not, what could it have been ?

That was an anxiety attack for sure but did you get it in your sleep or were you awake, because that wasn't clear. So you might have dreamed this and that wasn't real. But again, that's how an anxiety attack looks like..
