Im planning to purchase a samsung galaxy S2, mom wont let me use an internet plan. If I use my internet at home, it wont cost me anything right? And even if dont have wifi i can get free apps like instagram, 4 pics and one word right?
I have internet at home so when i connect to that its free right? So i get the apps for free then too?

No. U will definetly need internet becas galaxy phonnes need to bee linked to a google account anyway

Yes but instagram uses lots of data loading pix and our bill will be threw the roof
