I want to add and delete from my list of favorites. How do I do that?

You can add a Favorite in many browsers (you don't say which one you're using) by pressing the key combination CTRL-D.
You can usually delete a favorite by right clicking on it and selecting Delete.
Popular browsers usually have a "Manage" option (although it may use a different word) if you want to make many changes.
