I am an engineering student who has just finished my project work. I want all my colleague's projects to be uploaded on the internet, so that any of our member can download it in the future. The thing is that, any of my colleagues must be able to upload to that website and also can download it in the future. So is there any kind of website for this?

Try joining yahoo groups and upload and share your files. If it won't meet your requirements, you can try to create your own website instead and add your own upload and download function either by coding it manually or use Joomla.
