When I started to work in a dental office I make sooo much mistake and drive my boss crazy. I didn't now I was so lack of detail oriented. 4 yrs has pass by and I don't make mistake like in the beginning but I still do make them at minimum . I realy want to be a pharmacy technician but I don't know if I should improve more before applying for it. Or maybe I should take a course online and study hard, since I'm not lack of detail oriented like I was in the beginning . So what should I do?

Lots of people growing up with multi media overload have a bit of ADD, you might look for guides on it, some studies have found multitasking to be a bad idea when avoidable.

You can change any traits about yourself by using daily affirmations. It's all in the mind. Changing your mindset changes your actions. Don't pressure yourself and focus on one little improvement everyday rather than focusing on big goals without really accomplishing anything on a daily basis.
