Questions about bidding on eBay? - Gia - 04-08-2014 04:34 AM

I just have a couple questions about bids on eBay.
I'm looking for a new iPhone and I see people have set up bids on eBay for them. What if buy chance the very last bid before time was up was maybe like $10. Would you get the phone for the $10 and then they mail it to you? Or does the person not sell it because it was such a low cost, or what happens?

I'll give points to the most help, thanks!

There is no way something like that would go that cheap. If you win the item for really cheap though, the seller might decide to relist it, nothing much you can do but contact ebay and they can suspend the account.

There MAY be a minimum bid , below which the item is not sold.
There is also a way to increase your bids if you are outbid without having to watch the item.
There is a page in ebay to learn how to bid.

No matter how high or low a bid an auction ends on, you get that item for the ending price of the auction. The seller is not allowed to back out of the sale and neither are you.
