My website has had 13 visitors but like 202 views? Seems weird?
Also my website doesn't come up in any search engines, is there a free way to make websites come up in search engines and how do you get them to come up at the top of results pages?

You may be visited by any spam bot, you should create great content and also get some powerful back links from related sites. You can also hire some paid services like searchmetrics to increase your rankings in search engines.

Your counter may also be counting only unique visitors only, but still counting every time that person comes back or goes to another page as another view.
