I have Shaw Cable, and the FX canada channel but I want to catch up on it through my phone because I can plug that into my tv. My computer is an older PC so I don't want to connect it. Just my phone, so if anyone has any safe sites that don't involve a download it would be great !!! Thanks!

I just finished watching AHS, ironic. I use this website (Keep in mind they only post links to them but you do not need to download them. I usually pick divxstage.eu or videoweed since they don't have a thousand popups):

They have links to all three series, and it takes around thirty minutes or longer 'til they post the season finale of Coven!
