I have a travel website with 50,000 monthly visits and I would like to find someone who can best manage the monetisation of the site through ads and affiliates etc
Where would I begin to look?

I've been in the IT and internet marketing world for years and I'm also a business coach (http://www.highperformanceyouniversity.com/dr-lance-koberlein/).
The simplest way to do this is to partner up with someone who can write up the emails for affiliate offers and you send them to your list - joint venture or JV.
I would recommend creating several ways to capture your own leads because the money is in the list.
