So I was wondering since the isp in my town is giving 1Mbps for 20$ to get 2 connections and get a repeater to get both speeds and sum them up to get 2 Mbps unlimited since he doesn't give faster than 1Mbps with unlimited speed

Thats bad, bad speed and bad price. Find something else if you can.
Also, you probably mean 1MB not 1Mb, MB is 8x more than Mb.
