My utorrent downloads are very slow, despite High Seeds and 3mbps Internet Connection? - Enzo - 04-08-2014 04:36 AM I have always downloaded torrents, it was usually very fast with speeds reaching up to 300kbps. But lately whatever torrent I download it only reaches up to a max of 30kbps with an average of 8kbps, no matter what file i download, even with high seeds.
