Hi
it depends on what you are selling. If it is fragile or valuable ship in inside a box and bubble wrap it. If not fragile you could use bubble mailers or envelopes to ship. I have seen sellers ship Xbox controllers in bubble envelopes and it won't break.
If the thing you are selling has a big box you could buy big roll of brown paper and wrap in it like a birthday present.

Again it depends on what you selling and shipping. If it is expensive or fragile you want to wrap it carefully and put it in a box. If the item you are selling is like an iPhone with original box you could just put the iPhone box in another box and ship it since the phone is secured in its box, but if for example, the iPhone had no original box, wrap it in bubble wraps and put it in a thick and strong box. Choose a box that is not too large nor too tight.

Hope this helps

Good luck on your sales

how do you suppose you wrap it? you post it at the post office, although there are other couriers available

I'm an ebay seller myself and i can give my advice. But the best advice i can give is to learn from other retailers. When you buy stuff, and the package arrives, take notes as to how it's packaged, how professional and how safe it's been done.

Just go to your local shops ask for cartoon boxes, rap it with cartoon boxes, then goto myhermes.co.uk and book collection, they will come and collect from your house.

Or take it to local post office, but in these days royal mail fees are too expensive.

and keep you receipt for proof dont loose it for 45 days.
