Not necessarily. Just like here on Yahoo answers, responses are written by other users. Some are good; some aren't. Since you didn't provide a link to the question you're referring to, it's impossible to say whether you should believe it.

Well I'm not really sure to be honest. The best thing you can do whenever you think something is fishy is you can check other sources too, but if they're saying the NSA is spying on you in every way they can, then that's probably true.
