I've been wanting to ask a celeb a question . His name is Matthew Espinosa & he's not famous like Justin Bieber famous btw . He makes question and answer videos & I want to ask him a question . But I don't know how to ask him a question ? Can you have a certain website or do you ask your questions from twitter or what ? So do I need to ask him a question on twitter and tag him in it ?? Please help !! <3

You can ask questions on their Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, Ask.fm, or pretty much any other social network they have.
Then there is usually a hashtag for certain youtubers. I know Troye Sivan's is #AskTroye.
