Suggestion to find a developer for ecommerce website? - sunny - 04-08-2014 04:38 AM

We have a business idea and we would like to implement it. But we are looking for web developer for ecommerce site. As far as we searched it seems very costly, we do need many pages and stuff. We are ready to afford till 10,000Rs for this. We need all the features to be implemented. We did try to implement ourself. Bt it is not possible for us to implement all. Since ecommerce site can be implemented easily but not the way how we want.

Can you guys suggest some best websites for this with cost factor and portfolio?

The chances that you will find good quality developers in freelance sites is a high risk probability. So, never go to freelance sites to find good quality developers.

If you want to find a good developer, look for contributors from the technical forums, people who have something setup and running and are reasonably active in providing technical solutions.

When looking for developers for the job you should not stay focus on one area for it tends to limit your chances of hiring the right person for the job. I suggest you to expand your search and test applicants first before hiring. There are lots of sites where you can look for developer like in job boards, social media and etc. Another good thing to do is to post a detailed description of the person you're looking, which will also help you narrow applicants.

Try to check this list where you can post jobs.
