or what kind of product is there room for on a market?
I have to come up with a product and decide how to market it for business studies but I'm not that creative. It could be something for a student or something completely different. I was thinking about an app but decided it would be pretty hard to market and the profit margins would also be quite small.

I think you should look for something you are passionate about. BEcause you can create content about it so marketing will be easy for you.

You need to choose something you know about or are familiar with. Margins on apps are small, but as the potential market is HUGE the overall profit can be considerable and as long as you get the app on play store its very easy to market.
